Hitting Assessment
A "Hitting Assessment" is a one hour session where we study the players hitting technique for flaws and weakness.
We use video analysis of the swing so the hitter can see what he/she is doing right and what needs to be fixed.
When then:
An assessment includes the following:
identify a manageable number of issues with the swing (ordered by importance)
review video with the hitter so they can see and understand what needs to be improved
put together a personalized set of drills designed to address the specific problems with the hitters swing
